Assistant Business Coordinator

Salary £17,500 - £22,500

 

A Milton Keynes Wealth Management Company are seeking an Assistant Business Coordinator due to expansion or the company.  The Assistant Business Coordinator is a predominantly administrational and varied role in this busy and vibrant office.

You would work within the office to help organise and complete a number of the non-client and sometimes client facing tasks involved in preparing for and organising client meetings normally in preparation for “second” (presentation) appointment and ensuring the work is subsequently processed correctly.

You will report to the Business Coordinator as well as the Office Manager

You will provide excellent standards of client service, you should be a strong team player, and be able to work to tight deadlines and work under pressure.

No experience is needed, full training will be given for this excellent and exciting role with one of Milton Keynes fast growing independent Financial Advisers.

 

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Preparing appropriate documents for individual clients

Ensure relevant paperwork is complete/received

File documents post meetings and submit to provider

ID checks including sanction register check

Send summary of decisions to client post second meeting

Chase transfers and any new money and update client

Input risk questionnaire results onto the system

Sending/chasing Letters of Authority to clients/providers

Updating clients throughout the new business process

Complete case submissions

Correspond with clients both verbally and in written format

Scanning documents and storing them in the correct file

Assist the office manager and team generally with any additional admin tasks

Be flexible with the general needs of a small business

Keep Managing Director updated weekly and as required on issues and pipeline

Help oversee specialist outsource work

Prioritising and allocating outsourcing

Sitting on client appointments (which would be taken by a financial adviser)

Assist in producing weekly figures within the working day no later than Monday of the following week (obviously excluding bank holidays)

Take an active part in morning meeting

We have a respect policy in all our offices with all members taking an active part in filling/ emptying the dishwasher, taking bins out and other daily tasks

Hours

8am – 5pm Monday to Friday (although they normally finish at 4pm on a Friday)

You will also need to work one Saturday morning a month (8.30am – 12.00)
