Our Houghton Regis based client is looking for a Client Account Administration Assistant to join their award winning team as voted in the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for. 

The Role
 you will be required to liaise with the companies clients who have varying queries from membership renewal, to missing their renewal deadlines and arranging how and when payment can be made, to arranging reviews. 

The role requires someone who really does take pride and care in their work,  someone able to juggle high levels of workload at times and can use imitative in quieter times as well as someone that can multi-task jumping from many different screens whilst handling calls.

Most of this contact is done  via email.  


You will record the activity taken in a comprehensive manner for further review of records, so excellent data entry skills are also required. 

You will have great, friendly, professional communication skills along with intermediate excel.

Hours: Mon - Fri 35 hours per week across 830am - 530pm
