Our Houghton Regis based client has recently installed a new IT system and is looking for a temp to join them for about a  month or so as a first line helpdesk customer services assistant. 

Role:
You will be responsible for taking calls from their customers who are having teething problems  that could range from logging on to asking a question and you will be required to either resolve the issue if possible or take detailed notes of the problem and the customer and pass to IT to resolve. 

Personal Skills 
For this role, you will need to have great listening skills, take detailed records, be patient to help, guide and support (we all know how frustrating it can be with new technology!) and be helpful, calm and professional at all times. 

You will have great verbal and written communication skills and a passion for problem solving and customer care.  You will have worked in a similar customer service care / 1st line support role before. 

Rate of Pay: £10.00 ph 
Benefits: parking, canteen, holiday pay, pension (after qualifying period) 28 days holidays (pro rata inc bank hols)

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
