As a rule we use agencies for assisting us with our recruitment requirements. This is due to the time it takes to employ the right candidate for our company.

We had a new role which required a specific skill set. The requirements were sent out to our normal agencies, who tried for some time, but were unsuccessful in finding the right candidate for us.

We decided to try James Newbury Appointments. From the very start with the questions that they asked, I felt that they were interested in what we were looking for as a company.
I also liked that fact that they meet their clients face to face before presenting their details to us.

Within a couple of days they had sourced a candidate for us. They contacted us and explained their findings for the potential candidate and sent the CV.
I must say it was very refreshing not to be bombarded with lots of CV’s, thereby showing they had a real interest in getting the right person for us.

I am pleased to say they succeeded on the first attempt. Pretty good going!

Will I use James Newbury Appointments again? Yes I certainly will.

The reason for this is that they are professional, friendly and look out for the interests of the company and the candidate.
