Local knowledge, understanding business needs & long term goals: Recruitment Done Well

Employers

James Newbury Appointments believes that knowledge is the key to getting the right match between a candidate and a client.  We aren’t the sort of recruitment agency to place candidates and hope for the best, we work hard with you and the candidate to make sure you’re the best possible fit for each other. James Newbury Appointments believes that knowledge is the key to getting the right match between a candidate and a client.  We aren’t the sort of recruitment agency to place candidates and hope for the best, we work hard with you and the candidate to make sure you’re the best possible fit for each other.

The James Newbury Appointments promise for our clients:

We’ll take the time to get to know and understand your business, your long term and short term recruitment goals

We’ll make sure we understand your culture, making sure we get the right company and team fit for each placement

We’ll present a maximum of 4 suitable candidates that match the Job, Employer and Team. All would have been face to face interviewed by us and will have their eligibility to work ascertained for legal compliance

We don’t believe in wasting anyone’s time – yours, candidates or ours! So, if we can’t find suitable candidates, we’ll tell you. And we won’t put anyone forward for a role unless we’re confident you’ll like them

Why are we so confident in our approach?

Our results speak for themselves.  We know that over 80% of people who leave their jobs within the first 3 months do so because they don’t like the culture of the company or their boss.  But the James Newbury Associates statistics show a  90% retention rate in year one of placements made. So we must be doing something right!

We’re so confident in our approach, that we offer a 3 month rebate period (refer to our terms of business)
