Rate of Pay: starting at £12.74ph rising to £14.40ph after 12 weeks

Days/Hours of work: Mon- Fri 9am 5pm (35 hours per week)
Overview of the role:
- 1st Line IT helpdesk Support
- undertake testing with the team when required
- Provide efficient and effective helpdesk support to users.
- Ensure that service desk requests are logged and processed efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner
- Resolving tickets on a 1st line level and where necessary, take detailed info and escalate to a more senior IT colleague, for support.
- Undertake any other related work under the direction of the Management Team
- Highly motivated with excellent customer services, administrative and organisational skills
- Good understanding of IT systems and accurate keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the telephone as there is a lot of phone calls taken
- Experience in working in a customer focused environment
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Previous Service Desk experience would be a great advantage
