Are you someone that has good b2b customer services experience? 

Do you have great people and communication skills? 

Do you have some experience doing 1st Line IT Support - sorting out the basic IT issues - have you turned off / on again? Have you rebooted?  All the time being friendly, calm, helpful and professional?

Are you available asap for 2 months or so? 

Fancy earning £445 gross for working a 35 hr week rising to over £500 gross per week after 12 weeks?  PLUS additional holiday pay...

Location: Houghton Regis, Beds

Rate of Pay: starting at £12.74ph rising to £14.40ph after 12 weeks

Days/Hours of work:
Mon- Fri 9am 5pm (35 hours per week)

Overview of the role: 
  • 1st Line IT helpdesk Support 
  • undertake testing with the team when required
  • Provide efficient and effective helpdesk support to users.
  • Ensure that service desk requests are logged and processed efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner
  •  Resolving tickets on a 1st line level and where necessary, take detailed info and escalate to a more senior IT colleague, for support.
  • Undertake any other related work under the direction of the  Management Team
Person Requirements :
  • Highly motivated with excellent  customer services, administrative and organisational skills
  • Good understanding of IT systems and accurate keyboard skills
  •  Excellent customer service skills, both in person and on the telephone as there is a lot of phone calls taken 
  •  Experience in working in a customer focused environment
  •  Ability to work independently and also  as part of a team
  • Previous Service Desk experience would be a great advantage
