I spoke with Caroline over the phone when she approached me for a position she felt I was most suitable for me, immediately I felt at ease, she arranged for me to meet Penny, out of hours and at a place that suited myself to discuss and have a chat in general about me and what I wanted; well that in itself was reassuring in that I could push forward my journey towards a new position without the worry of having to leave work early or rush a meeting over lunch to meet Penny. What a delight she was friendly and very approachable, I knew I was in good hands and we agreed the role I was contacted about was a good fit for me and me for the client.
Caroline then guided me through the whole process, from guidance on the company and the job through to the interview and the process it would take and kept in touch supporting me throughout, never once letting me feel I was going through this alone. I was successful and offered the position and I am very excited to be starting soon!
