Our Luton based business is looking for an Administrator to work in their accounts department supporting the busy accounts team 

This is a temp  oppprtuinty to work with a great well established family run company for 1 month or so 

Salary: £13-14ph 

Hours of Work: 830am - 5pm Mon to Fri doing 37.5 hours per week

Role:

you will be working with  a small team of accountants who like to have fun whilst they work but really get on and do a great job, taking pride in doing so. 

You will be supporting them in all the administrative duties of the job from filing to archiving, from data entry of important documents to making a cuppa! 

You be someone who is diligent, pragmatic, has a good work ethic, is organised and methodical and quite simply, wants to take the opportunity to work for a great family run, hugely established company. 

The Person will have:

 - some work experience in an admin capacity (1year plus)

 - a great attitude to ensruing all done corectly and compliantly 

 - good IT skills especially excel 

 - good data entry skills 

- the ability to lift and move filing for processing archiving 

- scanning, collating files 

 - a positive, yes, can do attitude with a willingness to be flexible and support the team 

 - organised, methodical and pragmatic 

- a great time keeper that can be relied upon

- uses your initiative 

 - great communication skills both verbal and written

- educated to GCSEs grade C+ in Maths and English 

- can start immediately on a temp to perm basis
