Position: temp Receptionist 

Location: Stopsley, Luton, Beds 

Rate of pay: 12.50ph   

Benefits: free parking 
              additional holiday pay 

Hours: 830am-5pm  covering from 24 Feb 2025 - 7 March 2025 
              

Role:
this global leading pharma company is looking for a professional, experienced and friendly temporary receptionist to cover holiday leave.

You will be a well presented individual who has great people and communication skills, both verbal and written

You will be responsible for dealing with visitors to the company and ensuring they are welcomed and signed in in a professional manner offering and making them refreshments.

You will be responsible for answering all incoming calls and transferring  them through to the correct destination of taking a detailed message to disseminate to the relevant person. 

You will be responsible for all postal duties, from collecting, opening and distributing incoming post to sorting, franking and posting all outgoing post.

You will be confident in dealing with all levels of people from the CEO down. 

You will ensure the office and all of the facilities within the office are organised and tidy at all times. 

You will ensure the board room is kept organised and tidy at all times. 

You will be someone that uses their initiative to ask for things to do in quieter moments and be happy to work with the team doing ad hoc duties.
