As a rule we use agencies for assisting us with our recruitment requirements. This is due to the time it takes to employ the right candidate for our company. We had a new role which required a specific skill set. The requirements were sent out to our normal agencies, who tried for some time, but were unsuccessful in finding the right candidate for us.       If I temp do I get holiday pay?

      Yes – for every hour you work you will accrue holiday pay as required by law.

      Do you offer training?

      We are very fortunate to be associated to ACET, a B2B training company that offers great courses for employers looking to invest and develop their staff.

      Do you offer CV writing services?

      We will offer guidance and support as well as putting you in touch with professional CV writers if you really need it.

      What are your opening times?

      Monday – Friday from 8am – 6pm but we are flexible if needs to be.

      Do I have to come to your offices to register?

      No, we will come to a convenient place near you as we understand and appreciate that time is precious and you can’t get to us so readily with work commitments and short lunch breaks.

      Do I have to see you before you help me find a job?

      Yes. We like to ensure we get to know and understand all of our candidates and employers so we can really ascertain a better match – it really does work.

      Do you offer a pension?

      By law, we are required to offer the auto-enrolment pension

      How old do I need to be to register with you?

      As long as you are legally old enough to work and past educational age then please get in touch and we will advise you.

      Do I need a CV to register with you?

      Yes as we use this to help present you to suitable employers. If you need help putting it together, please refer to the article of CV writing on our website as it really does help.

      Do I need to pay to register with you or if you find me a job?

      Absolutely not!
